MemoryMaker Studio sells digital photo album designs, scrapbook templates, and printable memory book kits. Each product listing includes material specs, page-count options, and design inspiration. We do not offer photo printing or physical album manufacturing; you receive digital files to print at your chosen lab.
Purchased templates and kits are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may create albums for yourself, your family, or as gifts. Reselling, redistributing, or using the designs to produce albums for paying clients requires a separate commercial license, which you can request via email.
After checkout, you receive a download link at the email address you provide. Digital files are delivered as PDF or ZIP packages. If you don't see the email within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us at info@memorymakerapp.com.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link is sent. If a file is corrupted or fails to open, we will replace it free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
We take care to describe each template accurately, including page counts and layout styles. However, we are not liable for printing errors, color variations between screens and printed paper, or issues caused by third-party printing services. You are responsible for checking your printer's specifications before ordering.
